What is DePIN?
DePIN (Decentralized Physical Infrastructure Networks) are open networks that coordinate and incentivize people to deploy and operate real‑world infrastructure—such as compute, bandwidth, storage, sensing, energy or mobility—using cryptographic tokens, transparent on‑chain logic and market driven rewards.
Instead of a single company owning the entire stack, independent participants contribute hardware or resources and are rewarded proportionally, creating more resilient, permissionless and cost efficient infrastructure layers for the emerging decentralized economy.
Our Mission
We curate a neutral, living catalog of DePIN projects so anyone can rapidly discover, evaluate and join the networks shaping decentralized infrastructure.
- Discover emerging networks early
- Compare categories (compute, bandwidth, storage, sensing, energy, mobility)
- Track project status and community readiness
- Lower the friction to contribute hardware, resources or talent
This site starts small (e.g. Grass, NodePay) and will expand—contributions and suggestions are welcome.
